Grade A /ed

Units will be 100% functional, in good cosmetic condition with no more than minor case wear. Screens will be in excellent condition.

Grade B /ed

Units will be 100% functional with moderate case scratches, wear or dents. Screens will be in excellent condition.

Grade C /ed / Functional

Units will be 100% functional with possible imperfections to the screen or may have bent/dented cases.

Grade C /ed / Non-Functional

Units will require repair or replacement of one of the following: Hard drive, memory or optical drive. System boards and screens are functional.

Grade D /ed

Units may have either severe cosmetic defects and/or defective components. Please call for detailed list with defects.

Keyboards & Mice

Missing Keyboards & Mice do not affect the grade. Please consult with your sales rep regarding the availability of these items.
