| Message: | End of the quarter means end of stagnant inventory. I have 2,667 iPad 2 WiFi Only 16 GB. ALL these units have issues. The issues are outlined in the attached inventory document. I would be happy to explain each grouping of issues to you in detail. Some issues are as insignificant as "dead pixels" or "white spots" on the screen. The units are still full function. However, some have MAJOR issues, such as, they are locked and unable to be unlocked. Making them only good for parts. Below is a summary view by issue. Artifacts Under Screen -Glue/ debris/ artifacts under screen - (240 Units) Button Malfunction - Power or volume buttons do not function - (38 Units) Cracked Screen - Physical damage to glass - (1,394 Units) Freezes/ Software Issues - Software related issues including "stuck" iPads - (67 Units) Linked to Apple ID - iPads linked to another persons Apple ID account - (12 Units) Backlight Bleeding (White Spots) - Bright spots on screen, otherwise fully functioning unit - (314 Units) Bruising/Backlight Issues/Dead Pixels - Discoloration, backlight not illuminating/heavy bleed, dead pixels(lines in screen) - (82 Units) Charging port damage - Damage to charging port resulting in charging or syncing issues - (90 Units) No Power - Does not power on - (88 Units) "Bricked" - Enrolled in Device Enrollment Program (DEP) - (215 Units) No Screen/Display - Missing the physical screen - (55 Units) Unresponsive Touchscreen - Touchscreen does not function properly - (72 Units) Each unit has been cleaned and thoroughly tested. Photos and inventory list are ilable upon request. |
