Grade A / Used
Units will be 100% functional, in good cosmetic condition with no more than minor case wear. Screens will be in excellent condition.
Grade B / Used
Units will be 100% functional with moderate case scratches, wear, dents, or minor screen imperfections.
Grade C / Used
Units will be either 100% functional with possible imperfections to the screen and/or may have bent/dented cases or possible minor functional issue such as defective battery or track pad.
Grade D / Used
Units may have multiple cosmetic imperfections and/or defective components.
AC Adapters
Missing AC Adapters do not affect the grade. Please consult with your sales rep regarding the availability of this item.
