We buy and sell PCs & notebooks, and one of the things we do upon receipt is pull all the hard drives and put them on a test bed. Our test checks for weak and bad sectors. A drive with even a single “weak” sector or a single “bad” sector gets marked as FAILED (with a red sticker) in our process. In short, although these are “AS IS” drives, your yield should be very high. We hope to move the entire lot at once, but will consider offers by the box.
