Actual rating is unknown and not guaranteed. Approx 16ft by 14.5ft and 16ft by 22.75ft center on center column spacing Approx 27 inch center on center spacing on cross members 17 columns not including rack supported landing. 2 columns support one staircase. 2 staircases with one pallet rack supported landing area. Approx 4ft by 7ft with bar grate surface. One landing is lower than mezzanine and has an additional 4 steps up. One stair case is 48" wide inside with 10.5" deep steps. Other staircase not measured. Approx 90ft of hand rail included All Corruted sheet metal floor included. Most of the plywood decking is included. We've ed a few pieces for odds and ends projects.
